Mediation Rates:
$300/hour
Minimum Charges:
There is a 2-hour minimum charge for all half-day mediations and a 3-hour minimum charge for all full-day mediations.
Cancellation policy:
There is a minimum $600.00 charge for each half day mediation session which is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (weekends and federal/court holidays excluded.) There is a minimum $900.00 charge for each full day mediation session which is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (weekends and federal/court holidays excluded.) This cancellation fee is charged because the date cannot be re-booked with less than 48 hours’ notice. Accordingly, it will not be waived if the mediation is rescheduled.
