Virtual (Zoom) Mediation Services
Settle your case while enjoying a comfortable space at home, work, or your attorney’s office!
Virtual Mediation offers the same productivity of mediation in an in-person setting, however all participants can attend from any safe location of their choosing. Virtual Mediation takes advantage of professional Zoom video conferencing software (free to the participants) which is compatible with any smart phone, tablet, or computer. Once connected via a simple email link, the mediator manages all parties, separate virtual conference rooms, document sharing, and negotiations, modeling a traditional in-person mediation.

Attorney Ginger L. Dugan has been a licensed attorney practicing Family Law for over 17 years. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia. Ms. Dugan has a reputation for caring service while delivering smart and efficient results. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, a Georgia Registered Family and Civil Law Mediator, and is available for all your Family Law mediation needs.

Cost of Services:
-$250/hr (or as stated in confirmation letter)
-2 hour minimum charge
-Payment is due the day of mediation, at the end of mediation unless stated otherwise in the confirmation letter.

Otherwise, please email ([email protected]) for a list of available dates. Mediations are usually scheduled at 9:00 am or 1:30 pm for a half-day mediation (4 hours) or at 9:00 am for a full-day mediation (8 hours). If you need a different start time, just email your request.
